S02:E06 "Untitled No.16" Action Painting Short Film, Mallorca July 2019, Cinema 4K

Script from Behind-the-Scenes Interview:

Mel: - This is Behind-the-Scenes of Untitled no.16 S2:E6. Just to remind you that you can buy our Action Painting T-shits from our web site gdfilms.uk G: - This video was shot in the old town of Porto Cristo on the Island of Majorca and the near-by Marina. It provided amazing back drop for the opening scenes. Mel: - The weather was so hot even for me. I had to wear a hat to protect my self from the scorching sun. Georges couldn’t use the drone in town and was carrying the camera strapped to him. Only wearing shorts and flip-flops. G: - It was our last day and we had make the most of it. We went to film straight after lunch about 1:30 right in the midday heat. Mel: - The streets of the Old Town were empty, seems people were off to their siesta and it looked abandoned. G: - The Old Town sits on a hill and right on top of it is the Church of Porto Cristo (Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Carmen). It’s dedicated to Carmen, the protector of fishermen. It’s the newer of its kind in Majorca in the architectural style of historicism and was build between 1890 and 1949. The massive stone carved stairs leading up to the main entrance was added in 1957. In Majorca it’s quite common for churches and convents to be named after Carmen. Mel: - Thank you to Zarra for the outfit. I wore white chiffon beach shirt, black and orange bikini set and cream hat with a ribbon. The shoes were cream Wedges from New Look. G: - The idea for this video was to have an outdoor fashion style shoot. The quiet narrow streets and light breeze brought lovely ambience to the filming. I love Mel’s smart/casual look. The hat and high hills added a bit of glamour to her elegant figure. Mel: - We were both very hot and tired and I couldn’t wait to sit in a shade by the Marina and have an Ice cold Mojito. G: - The painting was done right on the edge of a cliff overlooking the open sea. As the cliffs a quite high the wind was very strong. It dictated the way of painting. I had to aim to the side of Mel’s body and let the wind send the pain on her. We used bright fluorescent colours and it looked like Mel was wearing colourful lace body suit. Mel: - The strong wind dried up the paint quickly and I couldn’t wipe it off. I put my shirt on and as we were walking back people were stopping to look at my colourful legs. Georges was joking that they like my bright coloured leggings! G: - We are producing Behind-the-Scenes for every episode. Please, ask any question and we’ll try to answer it. All our videos are abstract expressions of moods and feelings where the model gets painted nude and becomes the canvas herself. Nothing shown in our videos is inappropriate or was to promote illegal, violent of sexual content. During last week six of our videos were taken down and re-installed back after we appealed to YouTube. Somebody is trying hard to harm our channel. Please, Tweet to YouTube to stop harassing us. S02:E05 "Untitled No.15" Action Painting Short Film, Soutend-on-Sea June 2019, Cinema 4K

Script from Behind-the-Scenes Interview:

G: - We just finished filming Episode5 of Season2 and this is Behind-the-Scenes. Mel: - Today we are in Southend-on-Sea close to the location where we filmed. G: - I had this idea about Pirate Theme for a long time. I new of this old boat which was transformed in to an Art installation by inscribing poetry to it. We were just waiting for a nice sunny day, which is commodity here in England. Mel: - We came to film on Sunday morning at about 7:00. We had to leave at 5:30 and I was a bit grumpy as we didn’t get much sleep. G: - It was a beautiful day for a filming. Clear sky with tiny fluffy clouds. When Mel saw the boat she got so exited and couldn’t wait to change into her costume. Mel: - I had Sexy Pirate outfit from Ann Summers with matching beaded jewellery, skull and stone rings and black leather wedges shoes with cross bar design bu Rocksport. G: - For the opening scenes we did some aerial shots of Mel getting to the boat. I love the dynamic moving shots with Mel on the boat and flying the drone around her… but my favourite one is just before she gets on the ladder, she holds to thick rope and swings sideways. I used this shot for the music transition and I think it works great to lead you into the action, telling you that something exiting is about to happen! Mel: - I had such a great fun filming and getting painted on the boat. Some of the planks on the deck were broken and we had to be very careful when moving around. I enjoyed filming by the big pole. It had lots of hooks to hold on to. When I first got up from the painting I step right into the paint and nearly fell over. G: - Mel did such amazing job on this video with her dance moves. I think this the hottest video so far. We both love the colours and textures of the painting as it was evolving. We didn’t use much paint, but the shades ob green, peach, red glitter and pinks blended so nice on Mel’s smooth skin. Mel: - After the painting Georges helped me to wash by pouring water on me. We filmed it and we are uploading it to Patreon along with other paint washing clips. G: - For those concerned about the environment we are using specially developed water based body paint. It washes off very easy and we make sure we leave everything clean after we finish filming. Mel: - Thank you very much for your subscriptions and positive comments. We have amazing new videos for this season. Please, support our channel. It will help us bringing you new and exiting content every week.

S02:E04 "Untitled No.14" Action Painting Short Film, Mallorca June 2019, Cinema 4K

Script from Behind-the-Scenes Interview:

Mel: - This is Behind-the-Scenes of Untitled no.14 S2:E4. Before we continue with the interview we would like to brig your attention to our new merchandise… this is the first of our clothing line GD Films Action Painting T-shirt. The Design incorporates image of me from Untitled no.10. You can buy it from our web site gdfilms.uk G: - We came just outside Porto Cristo near to the famous Drach Caves. We wanted to explore the area and find suitable place for a painting. Mel: - Georges told me that there is this amazing Laguna and rocky cliffs on both sides which he only has seen on pictures. We brought the drone to take some establishing shots and plan the painting for the next day. G: - Mel did some wild dancing on top of a stone wall while I was flying the drone over. She usually plays her music via wireless headphones. Unfortunately, one of the earpiece fell in the bushes bellow… Mel: - We were trying to find a path to go down the cliff. All of a sudden an amazing view popped up in front of us… G: - The crystal clear turquoise water was glistening between the rocks like a piece of jewell. I haven’t seen such intense natural colours ever before.
Mel: - We came back early morning on the following day just before 6:00. Georges was rushing ahead as he wanted to film the sunrise over the cliff. I could see him struggling with the equipment bags looking for a spot on the cliff. G: - The sunrise was stunning with bright orange sun. After completing the arial shots we tried to go around the cliff to an open area, because the sun was still low and we were in the shadow. It proved impossible carrying the equipment bags and squeezing trough the bushes while walking on the rocks… So we decided to go back were we started and wait for the sun to go high. Mel: - The outfit was Hennes embroidery denim shorts and a bikini top. Many thanks to Hennes providing it. I was still cold and wanted to wait for the sun to come up, but Georges insisted to start with the filming. We did the dancing scenes right at the edge of the cliff. G: - The painting was done right on the edge of the cliff over the laguna. For the first painting shots we used fluorescent orange to contrast with the turquoise water. The sun was just coming up and when it shined on Mel’s skin it activated the colours. Then Mel went all the way down to the water dipping her hands and hair while arching into amazing pose. I felt like a boy in a sweet shop filming those shots… the combination of colours, Mel’s perfect body, camera angles, slow motion and light reflection from the water surface was mind blowing! Mel: - After the painting I had a nice deep in the sea. It was a such a pleasant experience feeling the warm sun on my wet skin. During the painting some paint went in the water and some of the viewers were concerned about damaging the environment. We are using specially developed water based body paint. It is very kind to the body and the environment. After all it’s just a few drops in the ocean. G: - We are producing Behind-the-Scenes for every episode from now on. Please, ask any question and we’ll try to answer it. Mel: - Thank you very much for your subscriptions and positive comments. We have amazing new videos for this season. Please, support our channel. It will help us bringing you new and exiting content every week. G: - Take care of your selfs. See you soon. Both : - Bye...

S02:E03 "Untitled No.13" Action Painting Short Film, London May 2019, Cinema 4K

Script from Behind-the-Scenes Interview:

G: - We just finished filming Episode3 of Season2 and this is Behind-the-Scenes. Mel: - Today we are in Wanstead Park at the location where we filmed. G: - Last weekend was a Bank Holiday and there was a FUNFAIR in the park. Mel: - I love to go on the fast rides and scream. We decided to film at the FUNFAIR and do the painting near by. G: - There is this old tyre buried in the ground and hidden in the trees. It’s a perfect location for a painting. Mel: - We came to film the painting at 8:00 the morning. It is the only time of the day when the sun is low and gets under the branches to illuminate the area where the tyre is. G: - The weather was quite nice and I always warm up the paints making sure that Mel is comfortable. Mel: - Laying down on the tyre my body curves and creates stunning image. It was quite difficult to balance… at first I was grabbing the grass on the ground. Then I discovered that I can hold on to the tyre and balance better when Georges ask me to do the “bike spinning” movement with my legs. It looks amazing when he combined this image with the spinning wheel from the FUNFAIR. G: - Working with Mel is such an inspiration. Seeing her body moving and creating amazing shapes is so exiting. It was an excellent idea to use the tyre. When filming from low angle and slow motion it looks like Mel is floating in the air. The colours used in this painting derived from the forest background. I love how the painting reflects the colours from the leaves when backlit from the sun. Mel: - I wore my sexy playsuit with red roses to contrast against the green. G: - Take care of your selfs. See you soon. Both : - Bye...

S02:E02 "Untitled No.12" Action Painting Short Film, Mallorca May 2019, Cinema 4K

Script from Behind-the-Scenes Interview:

Mel: - This is Behind-the-Scenes of Untitled no.12 S2:E2. G: - We are came just outside Porto Cristo near to the famous Drach Caves. We wanted to explore the area and find suitable place for a painting. Mel: - Georges told me that there is an amazing Laguna and rocky cliffs on both sides. We brought the drone to take some establishing shots and plan the painting for the next day.
G: - We came to film here on our second day. The first day we tried to approach it from the south side climbing the cliff as I wanted to find an open space to film with the sunrise. Unfortunately, we got stacked in the bushes just before the picnic area and we had go back. Mel: - We got to the location just after breakfast at 9:00 in the morning. The wind was very strong (35 miles per hour) and Georges was fighting agains it with the drone. G: - We chose white outfit with matching jewellery. The Necklace, bracelet and ring had semi-transparent natural Sri Lankan Moonstone and it looked amazing against the sun. We wanted the low morning sun to get those shots. Mel: - Many thanks to Dorothy Perking providing the outfits. White long linen shirt and floral bikini set. I used the wind in my advantage, took of the shirt and waved it in the air like a flag. G: - The painting was done not far away from the tower, right at the edge of the cliff. Mel got in to a low position and I filmed against the sun using the sea as a natural backdrop. I wanted her back in semi-shadow where the paint was going to go, because we decided on bright fluorescent colours to glow in the shadow. Mel: - During the painting we had a few curious tourist popping over the rocks. If anything, they were the ones feeling embarrassed and went away. We also got a ‘Hong, hong’ from the excursion boat passing by. I suspect the cru recognised us as we filmed in the marina the day before. G: - This is one of my favourite videos. I love the open space with distant horizon. Stunning warm contrasting colours against the blue sea. The slow motion of Mel’s movement is just mesmerising! Mel: - For those concerned about the environment we are using specially developed water based body paint. It washes off very easy and we make sure we leave everything clean after we finish filming. G: - We are aiming to produce Behind-the-Scenes for every episode from now on. Please, ask any question and we’ll try answer it. Very often we read in the comments “This is Soft porn” or “Porn”. Our reply to this is that it was never our intention to produce Porn. The work is “Untitled” and open to interpretation. Someone with visual intelligence would appreciate it as it’s Visual Art. Only those who watch Porn when they see nude body, “Porn” is the only thing they can associate with. Our videos are celebration of the nude female body. It is never the focus on genitals, sexually suggestive play or self arousing. I am still puzzled why our society has restriction on nudity in art and media. Just look at Classical Art and you’ll see that whenever an Artist wanted to portray a beautiful or handsome person they’ll cast it or paint it nude. Mel: - All our videos are restricted by us. And by doing so we take away the opportunity to monetise them. A lot of comments are “How Youtube allows this?” and “There are children watching”. It’s restricted to over 18 and you have to sign to your account in order to view. G: - We love what we do and this is the only reason why we are still here sharing it with you! Mel: - Thank you very much for your subscriptions and positive comments. We have amazing new videos for this season. Please, support our channel. It will help us bringing you new and exiting content every week. G: - Take care of your selfs. See you soon. Both : - Bye...

S02:E01 "Untitled No.1" Action Painting Short Film, London May 2019, Cinema 4K

Script from Behind-the-Scenes Interview:

Both: - Hi... G: - I am Georges Mel: - and I am Mel Both: - from GD Films. G: - We just finished filming Episode1 of Season2 and this is Behind-the-Scenes. Mel: - Today we are in Epping Forest close to the location where we filmed. G: - We had this idea for a swing for quite a long time, but couldn’t find the right location. Mel: - When Georges brought me here last week to show me the lake we found this tree with branches hanging over the water and creating amazing reflections. I couldn’t resist climbing it and we decided to do the swing painting here. G: - I made a DYI swing some time ago and we experimented suspending it from another tree and we were waiting for the weather to warm up. Mel had a little accident when she tested the swing… the cord broke and she fell on the ground. Mel: - We came to film the painting quite early to catch the morning sun and get some privacy. It was 7:30. G: - The weather was mild, but breezy and Mel had to keep wrapping her self with a towel between the shots. As soon as we began with the painting she forgot about the cold. I am always amazed to see how exited Mel becomes when we are filming an especially when pouring the paint on her. She is just the perfect model! Mel: - I love being in front of the camera and really enjoy when the paint is pouring on me. It puts me in a special happy place… a bit like trance. It’s very liberating being painted nude and I am very comfortable. I always ask Georges what colours he is going to use next, but he tells me - “Don’t worry about it!” G: - Sometimes I have an idea what colour I am going to use, but prefer the free selection. I usually bring a lot of different colours and leave it to be spontaneous. Once the painting begins the feeling dictates the next colour. It’s an abstract expression and it’s all about the feeling in that particular moment. As Mel rightly put it - “It does feel a like a trance”. Seeing the paint running on Mel’s body and colours mixing in incredible shades and patterns gives me great pleasure and satisfaction. Mel: - We are using specially developed water based body paint, very king to the body and the environment. I wouldn’t possibly use any harmful or toxic pain on my gentle parts. The paint washes off very easy and we make sure we leave everything clean after we finish filming. G : - The choice of outfit for this video was very simple. Mel likes to exercise and jog in the mornings. It was only natural to wear a sport swimsuit. Mel: - I come from St Lucia and I grew up on the beach wearing swimsuits most of the time. The opening of the video is me exercising and running around the park in swimsuit before I discover the tree and climb on it. G: - It was Mel’s great idea to use swing as we paint. I really like the fact that it brings nice movement to the video. However, it was a bit tricky applying the paint and Mel had a few splashes on the side of her face. Mel: - Thank you very much for your subscriptions and positive comments. We have lots of new ideas for the upcoming videos. Please, support our channel by donating on Paypal and Patreon. It will help us to bring new and exiting content every week. G: - Take care of your selfs. See you soon. Both : - Bye...
